Our People


Janelle has over 20 years management consulting experience at Board and Executive level providing strategy and governance advice across all industries and sectors (corporate, government and NFP).

Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; holds a Master of Business Administration (Mt Eliza/ Melbourne Business School); a Bachelor of Arts (UWA); and has been published.

Janelle has extensive board experience across a range of industries. She is currently Chair Screenwest; Non-Exec Director and Chair Governance Ability Centre; and Council Member Edith Cowan University.

In 2012 she was awarded a coveted 40Under40 WA Business News Award; in 2013 StepBeyond won a Telstra Business Award; and Janelle was a Finalist in the Telstra Business Women's Award process in the same year.



Adam’s expertise is in developing, road testing and delivering the 3-5 year strategic plan in the context of a significantly broader 15-30+ year outlook.

Adam has lived and worked overseas and across five Australian States/Territories in both capital, regional/remote settings - spanning private, public and non-profit sectors from start-ups to $1bn+ organisations.

He holds multiple international certifications along with a Master of Science (Sustainability Management) from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Business (Systems) from RMIT University.

Adam serves as Non-Executive Director on the Carbon Neutral Charitable Fund (CNCF) Board and is currently the Chair of the Community Arts Network (CAN) Board.
